Complaints Procedure Against Schools
- You should in all cases write to the school and follow the complaint procedure as set out by the school. All schools are required by law to have a complaints procedure.
- You can also inform our organisation, and the complaint would be registered. We will try to arbitrate should it be required.
- If the complaint is very serious, you can inform, in writing, to the Department of Education, who have the powers to close down an establishment. Write to:
