Muslim Schools Performance Tables MPA Good Practice List

 

  1. Elected parent representatives on the school governing body.
  2. A.G.M. with forum for parents to question the management of the school and for the school to present to the parents the annual school and finance reports.
  3. At least 2 parents evenings per school year.
  4. Parental consultation on major issues concerning the school, ie. Increase in school fees, major building work that requires extra funds ,etc.
  5. School responding to parents letters, phone calls, their concerns etc, in a quick and effective manner.
  6. L.E.A. school inspection report made available to the parents if they wish to see it.
  7. Access to the copy of the school annual finance report and the report to be made in a simple format and easy to understand for the benefit of the parents.
