Complaints Procedure Against School:
1. You should in all cases write to the school and follow the complaint procedure as set out by the school. All schools are required by law to have a complaints procedure.
2. You can also inform our organisation, and the complaint would be registered. We will try to arbitrate should it be required.
3. If the complaint is very serious, you can inform, in writing, to the Department of Education, who have the powers to close down an establishment. Write to:
Emma Young,
Independent School Registration Team,
Mowden Hall,
Staindrop Road,
Darlington, DL3 9BG.
