For all you new utopian player or those that are just discovering the greatness of the utopia temple angle program, this is a guide for you. In here I will try to put all my knowledge of the program into a simple and hopefully useful guide. I hope you enjoy.
To download go to http://www.utopiatemple.com/download.php?target=angel. Once there the Angel will start to download automatically in a couple of seconds.
Once you have downloaded the program click on the zip file to unzip it.
Then an installing window should appear:
All you have to do is browse for the desired destination for the program to go and click unzip, now go to the place where you installed it and double clip on the angel icon
There we have it you have now just finished installing and opening Angel.
Open the program (it should be where you have saved it when you installed the program). Once it is open there should be a little globe in your task bar (the little area at the bottom right corner of the screen with the clock)
Next if you on the globe a menu will appear. In this menu is all the available options for the program.
Alright now that you know the basics of of the program opens and such I will explain how to use it. The process is actually not to difficult but it can be a bit much at first. So give it time and before you know it you will not believe how you could have ever played utopia without it.
| 1. | Go to utopia, then log into your account.
Get you your throne page (the page that says how much land, peasants, military . . . you have)
Next make sure Angel is open, the globe should be at the in the task bar:

| 2. | Press and hold the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard (should be on the bottom left hand corner). While still holding the "Ctrl" button press "A" (the entire throne page should now be selected. Next let off "A" and press "C" while still pressing "Ctrl." Or another way is to right click on the "Throne" page and select "select all" then right click again and select "copy." If you did it correctly and it is your first time using angel a popup will appear:
If it is not your first time using angel with this account then just skip that last par. and the angel clip board should appear:

Well Utopia Angel allows you to copy and format just about anything there is in the game. All you have to do is go to the page and follow the tutorial above just change the page you are coping.

The following are all of the pages which Angel formats although if you want your news (on throne page below your info) formatted or the The Paper/Last Month formatted just copy them and got to http://www.utopiatemple.com and paste the information in the text box (big white box with nothing in it) located on the left had side in the menu.
The military calculator is the attackers best friend. Without it, you would have to site down and do allot of calculations before each attack. This calculator makes attacking very simple, just a couple and keys pressed and you will know if you can win in an attack or not.
To use the military calculator simple copy your "Throne" page (read tutorial to find out how) then get a Crystal Ball (CB) of your target (the one you want to attack) and the military calculator should appear if your setting are right. Otherwise you will have to right click on the green globe and open the military calculator manually.
Above is a picture of what the military calculator look like. One the left side if you information you can change any of the numbers around but just remember just because you type a number in does not mean you actually have that much military. For the best results you may want to try to calculated everything exactly as your province is. Angel is not 100% perfect so you may want to double check.
The middle section is just the number of offence you are sending and the amount of defence your target has. The bottom of the of the center section is where Angel tells you your odds of wining. Normally dont attack when the bar is purple or red. Try to only attack when it is blue ( < 70%) or green(100%).

The Building Calculator is probably on of the most important features of angle. Its basic function is to calculate the percents of all your buildings already built, then you (the user) enters in the percent you want to achieve. Then the calculator tells you what you have to raze or build in order to achive your building goal.
What you first have to do is open your Internal Affairs page, this can be done one of two ways. Either go into the Growth page and at the top there is a link that says "Internal Affairs Advisor" click on that one, or go to the "Council" page and click on "Internal Affairs." One there you will select all and copy the page (as demonstrated in the tutorial). if done correctly the building calculator screen should appear:
If this did note appear some tings could be wrong. You may have forgot to open Angel, the globe may be in red (left click it once to make it blue) or the setting may be set up so it does not appear. To check to see if it worked if the setting are off right click on the globe and click on "Building Calculator" then the window should appear and your accounts building information should appear and look something like above (the numbers may be different).
So now that it is open, you can now put in your building strategy. The following will most likely not be your building strategy but but you can still follow along.
So lets say you want your building strategy to be:
10% Farms
15% Armouries
30% banks
10% hospitals
15% Guilds
10% Towers
10% Libraries
What you will do is put these numbers in the "Goal" Field under the correct building row:
Now the numbers in red (Red Section) are those which need to be razed in order to accomplish your building strategy. The numbers in green (Build Section) are those which you must build. Then all you have to do is go to your "Growth" page and raze (link at bottom of growth page) those numbers in red and build those numbers in green, and in like 20 hours you should have your desired building strategy.
The science calculator is not really that important. What it does is takes into account your land size happiness and points already learnt in science and calculates how much science you have and how much science you could possibly have. To start it off it works best of you copy your "Throne" page and your "Internal Affairs" page into Angel. Once done go to your "Science" page and copy it into Angel. Then a window should appear.
The top left corner is where your province information will appear, the bottom left corner is how much one science point will cost you and how many you can buy. The right side is the area that tells you how much science you have now. The blue bar is what you already know (also the percents on the right side). The green bar tells you what you can learn with your recourses you have now. And the light blue tells you what you are already learing but is not done yet.
If you hold your mouse over the actual science calculator (not the picture above) a yellow comment box will appear the box will tell you how much science you have how much you can possibly learn with your current recourses and what is the maximum possible percent you can have.
