WAIKIKI

Arrived in Waikiki and stayed at the sands hotel. This is a busy place almost no room on the beach. One of our favorite bars was Dukes named after a famous surfer. I bought some shirts and we went on a tour of the island stopping at the Dole pineapple plantation. Also went up the mountain where the air is thin. It was cloudy but we eventualy saw some stars.

 
This was taken in Dukes bar. The bar is named after Duke a man who won medals at the olympics in the early 1900s. He also traveled the world demonstrating surfing.
