Wrestling, shootfighting and sports is huge in this place and so the corportations got together and all invested in starting a federation with incredible lobbying power. A true world wide network of businessmen who have the money and power to set up shop anywhere and have vast television networks worldwide that promote what they do. So Steel City wrestling was created as a brain child and through one man became a reality as it has been brought to the forefront by him. That man's name is Boss Ice and he got that name by being just that. Steel City wrestling has a bloody trail behind it, is has been constantly investigated but a lawless world where money can make things go away keeps the organziation strong. Of course, many of these problems go unseen by the fans or viewers, there is a corrupt underworld being ran by the owner of Steel City wrestling behind closed doors and yet, the upside is what many believe to be the largest wrestling company the world has ever seen. Steel City wrestling is known worldwide To the outside people it is bigger than life and wrestlers clamor to get a piece of it. Steel City Wrestling was set up to drive competition to be the best and if you are a wrestler in Steel City you understand that. If you wonder even more then I shall tell you, what was once a place of kindness and understanding has resulted in this that you see. It was once the RRWF, a place where a good federation president existed. He played it right down the line and cared about each and every wrestler. But then things went wrong...he soon found that the incoming corruption was powerful and relentless. His company was put in a position of nearly sink or swim but, Boss Ice was savvy and smart enough to realize that in business you do what you have to do to make it. So that is what he did. The trust and the warmth of what he hoped would be a family soon was replaced by the cold hand of greed and violence. It is nothing he wanted to do at first but with power comes a change of heart many times and this kind man who saw an opportunity to have a wrestling federation of collaboration and unity only saw self-centered desires. Nobody wanted to pull in the direction he wanted to go. So in his eyes..he gave them what THEY wanted and chose to take the dark path and suddenly it paid off. Through promotion and business networks the old RRWF faded and the SCWF was born and with the new friends in corrupt places being made, the SCWF quickly rose to power. Those who shunned it at first began to see new opportunity. Then before you knew it, with money invested and some of the most beautiful title belts ever created with diamonds and precious jewels embedded in them, it became more important than nearly life itself to hold a title, to touch the precious platinum metal and to say that you were a champion in a place that few knew at first but now many know. So today the Steel City Wrestling Federation is here and a virtual powerhouse of people who will do anything to get to the top and will pay nearly any price to do it. The Steel City Wrestling Federation is what you see now and believe me..if you can make it here...you earned it.

Steel City has been changing constantly, for some reason or other someone is always trying to destroy it, or save the people from the tyranny of the controlling body, Steel City has constantly been a lawless, cold place and Boss Ice sadly was assassinated by a man called Lawman a nemesis of Lone Wolf who was a former world champion. The corporation pursed this man to the ends of the earth and he paid for his act by leaving this world, or so it seemed. Yet, this act did not FREE steel city, not for long, instead of dismantling the corporation this move made the corporation regroup under a man that Boss had passed the survival of the corporation and power of the city to ultimately did not want such a burden, so he made the call to pass power to a businessman as that is what was needed to control the city and keep the corporation in power. This man was none other than Big Daddy Diamond and he set his hooks in quick for now Diamond had everything he had ever wanted from the get go. Back when Diamond was in the CWWF he wanted not only the tag team titles of that federation but he wanted the WHOLE federation which is one of the sparks that started the long standing fued between he and Dusty Thompson a life time nemesis. Power was reclaimed quickly as Diamond's proudest star, Braak caputured the SCWF World's title and the corporation soon set its goals on being in power forever. Yet, they still did not complete the ultimate goal of securing all the titles which would give them total domination of the city, the federation and control of the direction of the titles. Should they have done so they would be virtually unstoppable as they would funnel even more profits and money from the federation into not only the hands of Diamond but the corporation members as well. Well, unseen to Diamond Braak had had enough of the life, he had beaten the best time and time again, he had proven his domination in the sport and Braak had to leave the world of wrestling, for a time this set the corporation in a tail spin as they lost a dominant figure to hold the World Title. Yet, Diamond searched on and on and then one dark day Diamond discovered a man that was more evil than even the legendary Diablo had ever been, his name was Necron, a 7'3" monster. Diamond would work with him to regain power because after Braak had left Diamond's nightmare came true and Dusty Thompson dared show his face in the SCWF again. Diamond did it all, arrests, tried to send Dusty over a waterfall, attacks and more attacks, but Dusty STILL won and RETAINED the SCWF World Title. It would seem through Dusty that the federation would have hope and Dusty would change the direction for the people under the heel of control of the corporation. The city has lain in dark streets, people out of work, people evicted from homes unfairly, crime everywhere and Diamond knew Dusty would fight this and through his connections upset the corporations underworld power. Yet, in Necron Diamond was finally able to dispel of Dusty and Necron finally defeated Dusty, injuring him and Dusty was arrested after this fiasco on some trumped up scheme of Diamond's and Dusty disappeared yet again, it is unknown when or if this nemesis to Diamond will return. However, after that another underworld power rose up a group of powerful individuals called "The Family". Their plan was in infiltrate the corporation and get rid of Diamond and they almost did it. Yet, their plan failed as the slick and powerful AJ Casino, the mysterious "boss" of the family posed as a manager and worked closely with the corp managing a wrestler from the Ukraine "Christian" and when the Family exposed it's hand at SCWF Power Struggle, the Family went to war on the spot with the corp and was vanquished. Diamond was injured and that was the closest the corporation ever came to losing power. Now, as we forge towards the next deadly chapter in the saga of a city hoping to find a savior..will we ever see it?

That savior would never have seemed to come as after the family was vanquished Necron did indeed rise to power and captured the SCWF World Title and this also brought an even stronger rise to the Apocalypse. The Apocalypse were long time enemies of The Great Destroyers and Diamond in the form of Doomsday and Birdman, a tag team they had warred with for countless times in the EFW, as the Apocalypse came into play they got down to business shocking everyone, nabbing tag titles, and in 2003 no one faction held more titles than they did overall this led to the Apocalypse and Big Daddy Diamond joining forces and this brought even a stronger presence for the corporation as it was the Apocalypse that brought the corporation back from obscurity. Yes, the corporations membership had dwindled as men had other interests and simply wanted out or could not deal with the requirements of membership. Diamond wanted power and wanted to keep it at any cost and before you know it with the Apocalypse that came to pass. The memorial title was dominated by Doomsday, Karnage and Birdman had won the tag team titles and Dr. Pain grabbed the United States title and for a while it seemed things were going their way. The good guys or the reisistance was not organized, there were many that wanted to see the corporation fall but they had no true unity. Little did Diamond know that a man called the Psychedelic Jester would shock the world and the corporation by defeating Necron and taking the world title again breaking the goal of domination for the corp. This was the turning point of the year for the side of good yet the side of good did not see the trump card that Diamond was going to play, more attacks on the good guys came, more underhanded schemes and one of the dirtiest was the forcing of Joshua Delevega to turn on the Jester and cost him the SCWF World Title as a man named Elijah would capture his first World Title in the federation and destroy the myth of an unbeatable Jester who had the most impressive winning streak of 03. Joshua stunned Jester and interfered in his match with Elijah and this caused a TON of controversy as Diamond was going to strip Delevega of the US title had he not complied. Again, Diamond got what he wanted and Elijah never had time to really enjoy a brief world title reign as near the end of 2003 going into 2004 Doomsday finally captured the SCWF World Title and the corporation again was back on top. Yet, more greed insued and Diamond wanted it ALL he would not STOP until the corporation had its dream of controlling ALL the titles in the federation. So finally Diamond came up with a scheme and it was called SCWF War, that event allowed a series of matches where it was finally team against team and the team that won the most matches got all the belts. 3 matches to 2 matches in favor of the corporation and finally all the titles came home. The corporation had DONE IT!! Sonya Sniper was made to give UP her Pride Title and Instigator was made to give up the International Title. It was great to be on top. Or so it would seem. Diamond wasn't paying attention to a wild card in the bunch, a face in the crowd and this unknown face in the crowd came out of virtually nowhere as a young man named Scorpion who had less than 2 wins in his entire SCWF career decided to step up and try to change the city. It was a story of just amazing determination. They laughed at him as the corporation did. Yet, this same nobody battled Doomsday, one of the absolute TOUGHEST men to ever walk the planet to a DRAW. Yes, a man many saw as a loser took on Doomsday and got a stalemate. As the corporation fought on this unknown man and Doomsday clashed numerous times backstage and this eventually led to Scorpion the unknown working his way to a World Title shot and he won it! He had fought with Doomsday, toe to toe backstage and had all of a sudden changed the game. That game change would come in early 2004 at SCWF Hunger.

What happened? Well Doomsday and Scorpion fought and this man with only his second win EVER in the federation rolled the dice and survived impossible odds, a loser a man who had NEVER held a major title beat Doomsday? Never...then again NEVER say Never. He did it and put the world on it's ear. Scorpion defeated Doomsday at SCWF Hunger and the corporation also lost control of the titles as Necron had mysteriously disappeared forcing Diamond to give up the International Title after SCWF War and at SCWF Hunger the tag team tiles and the United States Title and of course as you know the WORLD TITLE slipped from the hands of the corporation. Power escaped once more as the corporation has decided to regroup and make this Scorpion pay, and as 2004 rolls on the corporation is going to collect what is owed to them and the city and the populous will pay.

Then things began to take a interesting turn, to make an even longer story short, the sides of good and bad had mounted offensives against each other. Scorpion, Jester, Ryoko, Baye Waterstone and others had begun to band together to finally have a frontal assault against the power of the corporation, men like the Watcher had all but destroyed the efforts of the mysterious Necron to begin to take over the minds of hopleless people turning them into servants. The true downfall began at SCWF English Nights, a card in England where one man by the name of Charlie Waterstone, the father of Baye Waterstone stood up against the under handed tyranny of Big Daddy Diamond. Diamond did not have the power in England that he had in America and because of this Diamond could not influence Charlie Waterstone. The main issue that night was that Diamond had paid off the governing council in England to "see things his way" and this led to what Diamond thought was going to be an International Title win for his man Pyro as Pyro was to face Two Crazy that night. The match ended in controversy and ultimately the decision was given to Two Crazy for the title after Charlie Waterstone made the final ruling on the controversial match. This set Diamond off into a rage, Charlie Waterstone was previously told to play ball by the ones on the council of the judges who called the matches as they kept Diamond's power over them secret. Yet Charlie, being a man of Honor did the RIGHT thing and would not budge. This in turn set off an assassination attempt on the life of Charlie Waterstone. He was made to flee England to come to America with his Son Baye for protection yet after finding out the the corporation knew of this manuever, Baye decided it was best not to bring Charlie to America for fear that him being in Steel City would be playing to the hands of Diamond. Charlie Waterstone was to be taken OUT for his oppostition and Diamond sent his best assassin and SCWF Wrestler, Knux to go find Charlie and by that time Charlie Waterstone had disappeared into the English underground and in a never before accomplished act, was the ONLY man to this day that Knux could not find after being given a contract to take out a mark. The savvy Waterstones were just simply smarter than Diamond had expected and Baye Waterstone and Phoenix reef knew where Charlie was but escaped the hand of the corporation and fought to keep themselves from being questioned and captured as to give up Charlie. Along this time the side of good became stronger, Necron had all but disappeared, and that was much needed power on the side of Diamond but because the Watcher and his followers had become so strong, Necron's influence was so stifled that any time he made a move to harm people during SCWF Events the watchers followers were there and many battles broke out. One in particular at the SCWF Event after English Nights where Necrons mindless minons came to attack with axes and Baye and others fought for their very lives. Yet the Watcher decided to meet this head on and unknown to others that very same night after the SCWF show the Watcher and his followers launced an all out assault on Necron and his followers. The streets truly ran red with blood as a war between one of the most powerful pawns on the side of good and bad took their fight to unfathomable levels. Eventually Necron disappeared and even Diamond did not know where or why and some say the Watcher and his group drove Necron out of Steel City as attempts at murder and sacrifice and all other kinds of unmentionable acts Necron committed were stopped time and time again. Yet during even ALL of this, Two Crazy "aka Alisha Swanson" had grown close to Baye Waterstone and the side of good had accepted her and the side of good called "The Retro Race" got organized and BOY did they. Alisha, plagued by the death of her son Hidkei, eventually was made privy to information on who killed him and how it happened. This led to Diamond being exposed.

Diamond was not the killer of the child but Diamond was involved in a underground funding of the Kher Rouge Army in Cambodia, and the general of that army was ultimately responsible for the killing of the child. Yet this was hidden from Two Crazy and Diamond had secretly always been behind her becoming an assassin and the life she led and even when she was brought to Steel City Two Crazy had NO idea of what Diamond had done to her life. All of that changed when the Retro Race through research and a raid on the offices of Diamond by the Watchers produced information and this information was in turn given to authorties who were NOT on the payroll of Big Daddy Diamond. Yet the wheels were in motion constantly, Diamond had no idea that the walls were about to close in on him and things got to a point where the corporation, still fighting for control over Steel City began to implode. The Apocalypse, after being loyal to Diamond suddenly TURNED on Big Daddy Diamond and the corporation, Pyro disappeared and broke away due to his distrust of Diamonds handling of the International Title situation and soon all that were left beside Diamond was TGD, Knux and Canadian Hero. Hacker was comatose in a coma after a huge battle to save his life went crazy and sadly he was of no use to the corporation at that time after the tearing of a evil spirit from him nearly destroyed him. The corporation was on the breathing machine so to speak and after The Apocalypse turned on Diamond everything was ruined. Canadian Hero was set to begin his first regin as World Champion as he had finally got his shot, and in a final match against Riot he DID win the SCWF World Title but on that very night, before Canadian Hero could even begin to truly celebrate the corporation returning to power, the backstage at Steel City was RAIDED and when we say RAIDED we mean RAIDED, there were authorties all over the place swarming for Diamond, looking for him as Two Crazy and all of the Retro Race, Scorpion and everyone included had made connections with the proper people and they went after Diamond in a all out assault to bring him down and take him into custody. The main person behind this all happening belive it or not was Doomsday. His new hatred and hunger for power on his own had caused him to tip people off and sell Diamond out. Doomsday eventually wanted to take over the corporation as he felt that he was running a lot of the operations on the street anyway. He was not going to share his plans until the right moment. Well, the general of the Rouge Army that disposed of the son of Alisha in an accidental killing by the soliders was mysteriously assassinated, and to this day some feel Two Crazy did it. Yet she STILL wanted Diamond after finding out the truth from the research and intervention of the side of good who helped her find the truth and even stranger was the fact that Doomsday helped provide her with that information. All to gain power over a city and a network. Yet, Diamond being as resourceful as he is, escaped. The raid did not turn up Diamond and it did not turn up anything but mystery, the front offices of the SCWF were siezed later on but nothing was found as seemingly all records on operations to further the authorities case against Diamond had disappeared. Needed evidence on who, where and when, and what simply was just not there. Even Doomsday who was approached by authorities as a material witness for the United States refused to cooperate, knowing that should he do that some things about his past could be uncovered leading to a possible indictment of him and the apocalypse. The Watchers were again called in to work with authorities to produce evidence to help with the case to bring Diamond down and bring him to justice. Yet, even the organization of the watcher was led to infiltration as one of the most trusted operatives of the Watcher who was to guard information taken from the offices of Steel City was found face down in an alley.

The "secret" location information was kept was then found to have been robbed itself and the Watcher, enigmatic in his own right had found that even HE eventually had nothing and began an internal investigation into the organization he was a leader of. Had he been duped? Had his own people turned on him? Who took his solider out? Some rumor that the resourcefulness and street smarts of Knux were to claim responsibility, some say that it could have even been Pyro who had disappeared and his budding problems with Diamond were all a ruse to throw people off so Diamond could manuever against the side of good. Overall Diamond did escape, and the Retro Race was left with nothing and even though Two Crazy found the true killer of her son, she never got to pay Diamond back personally and nobody, not Charlie Waterstone, Baye Waterstone or Scorpion...nobody knows what happened or where Diamond is. Some say that Diamond has been assassinated as TGD have not been seen either since that night. After the smoke cleared, and things began to return to normal in steel city the funding for the survival of the federation collapsed, Doomsday had hoped to take over but, he did not have the connections Diamond had, underground families and other sources in the dark network of business and corporations began to crumble to protect their own intrests and not be investigated themselves. Investors pulled back from the SCWF and silent partners who had all profited from the sport of blood on a world wide scale rescinded their support. Doomsday was left without the ability to pull off things as he needed to and the closing of the SCWF became a reality. It was then what many deemed over. Men all went in their own directions, some traveled for employment in other federations and then after that put the pieces of their own lives back together and were able to rise to prominence in other places with a new found FREEDOM never before known. Yet...even this would cause the hand of change to touch lives again as a new power, a new organization suddenly sprung up out of nowhere as the ashes of Steel City blew away to the four winds. There began to be messages sent out, letters and proposals to become a part of an organization that was rather different but unknown to many what is on the outside is NOT what is on the inside. To the layman it seems that it is just a show, just wrestlers fighting but the truth of the matter is that many people did not know that for years an underground invisible group of corporate powers, politicians and all around the world were secretly controlling federation after federation. There was a movement to bring all federations under one power as the new belief of a one world order was becoming stronger. The New World Order so to speak was alive and has been alive in wrestling for many many years and many men who owned federations were controlled secretly or their federations where influenced by this unseen group, the secret society that funnelled money and power into the business and through years of manipulation, suddenly the One World Coalition came to reality. The One World Coalition is to some unknown, as it did exist and through silent networks, many men who "disappeared" in the wrestling business were never heard from again but many people don't know that many of the so called "retirees" or "defactors" of federations were actually secretly invited to join this invisble network and compete against the best in the world to truly become what many would see as the ONE TRUE WORLD CHAMPION. Yet, with that came the reality that these men would enter this place and realize that each title the federation represented was an amalgamation of the world within itself and all federations and powers, unable to join on a worldwide level commercially had succumbed to the realization that their world titles were company titles at best,their World Champions were not TRULY world champions and simply company figureheads.
